This is an Art Deco inspired antique reproduction pendant style necklace in rose gold plated sterling silver filigree.  The flawless 20ct. simulated green emerald gemstone is 30mm long and 17mm wide.  The entire pendant is 44mm (1.75") long and 22mm (7/8") wide.  The rose gold chain is between 18-20" long. The pendant and chain are marked 925 for sterling silver.  Notice the beautiful craftmanship of the silver filigree setting. This pendant is a true reproduction of an old Art Deco brooch.
